Our flagship Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee starts with single origin Colombian Arabica beans, sourced for their natural sweetness and full body. Then we do something most roasters won't bother with: we age them in freshly dumped bourbon barrels, the same barrels that just held the good stuff, until every bean carries those deep, unmistakable notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, and a smooth whiskey finish.
