sugar, water, peppercorns, allspice, cassia bark, cinchona bark, orange and lemon peel, fennel, juniper berries, lemon balm, citric acid, and potassium sorbate (preservative)

Tequila & Tonic (or Gin, if you prefer)
2 oz blanco tequila (or gin)
1/2 oz C&S Tonic #15
club soda and lime wedge
Add tequila (or gin) and C&S Tonic #15 to a Collins or rocks glass. Add ice and top wtih club soda. Stir for five to ten seconds. Squeeze a lime wedge into the glass and drink up. Repeat as desired.
Mexican 75
1 1/2 oz blanco tequila
1/2 oz C&S Tonic #15
1/2 oz lime juice
bubbles (cava, Prosecco, champagne)
Add tequila, C&S Tonic #15 and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake hard for five to ten seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or flute glass. Top off with bubbles and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wheel.
